Stress Management
Cultivating Contentedness
I was sitting on top of a grass cliff overlooking the dark blue Pacific Ocean, but despite the amazing backdrop, I was distracted by my mind overthinking, ruminating and what-iffing. Work stress, personal stress, financial stress, marital stress…you name it, and I was probably overthinking it.

Seven Steps to Moving Through a Life Transition or Crisis

I have studied multiple pathways, and in so doing, I’ve discovered that they can all be successful for some. There is not “one right way to get sober”.

Sarah Waylett is a recovering perfectionist and a serial burnout-overachiever. She is the Founder and Creator of Dreamgarten, a mom to two boys and a rescue dog and a certified qoya dance movement instructor. She started Dreamgarten because she sees herself in many other people who are showing up in their lives with this idea of perfection and the need for achievement in their work, their relationships and everywhere in between. As a result, they are constantly navigating the overwork–burnout cycle, sometimes without even knowing what’s happening to their minds and bodies.
